Little Pot has some of the best little hot pots around. At $30 for a tofu, cabbage and a few item soup leaves me not coming back. Mushroom? +$x bean sprout or todo? +$x Hotpot, though I have no claim to royalty as this restaurant does, is a broth, veggies and really the protein, service and alcohol are your margins.
Hot pot king plus#
A base price of $20 plus adding on every single item you want is crazy $$. Opening restaurants get a pass for lots of things as it’s not easy! I live close by and do hot pot at home frequently and was SO excited to have a new spot to go once or twice a month.
